These include natural disasters (such as floods, tornados, earthquakes, extreme heat or cold, lightning, disease, outbreaks, etc.) and manmade incidents (including traffic accidents, hazardous chemical releases, downed electrical lines, collapsed bridges, criminal activity, terrorism, arson, etc.)
